What the price does and does not cover
The monthly subscription covers the RentCan platform, your records, coordination and scheduled inspections. It does not cover the cost of repairs, materials, or the vendors who do the work — those are quoted and approved by you before anything happens. Additional and emergency visits are charged separately. The plan does not imply unlimited physical visits.
